Answer Lloyd Construction is a member of the Certified Builders Association of New Zealand and is staffed with trade qualified carpenters. Question 4 Who does the project management for my home, is it supposed to be me, my builder or someone else - how do I establish this - what are my options?
Answer Lloyd Construction can help you decide on the best option for your building project. Our project management services will provide you with a stress-free, hassle-free result. We happily work alongside architects and owners, whatever is the best option for your specific situation.

Question 5 What are my builders obligations to health and safety? Am I liable OSH if something goes wrong or is it my building company/builder that is responsible?
Answer For full contract works Lloyd Construction ensure site and workplace safety. We follow HazardCo procedures and are members of SiteSafe. All our staff carry a current SiteSafe Construction passport.
